Refund Policy

At AC Creative Services, LLC, I strive to provide thoughtful, dependable support for every client. Because my services are time-based, reserved in advance, and tailored to your business, the following refund and cancellation policy applies to all service plans..
Monthly Support Packages (10, 15, and 20 Hours)
All monthly service plans are prepaid to reserve a dedicated block of support time. This allows me to manage my availability and maintain consistent service for all clients.
Refunds

All sales are final. I do not offer refunds once a payment has been processed.

Because I schedule and hold time specifically for each client, unused hours are not refundable.
Unused Hours

Unused hours roll over for one (1) additional month and must be used within that timeframe.

After the rollover period, any remaining unused hours will expire.

It is the client’s responsibility to utilize their reserved hours during the active period.
Cancellations
When you sign up for a monthly support package (10, 15, or 20 hours), you agree to a minimum 3-month commitment. This ensures that we have enough time to create momentum, build systems, and provide meaningful support for your business.

Packages are billed monthly, but by enrolling, you agree to fulfill the full 3-month term.

If you choose to cancel before the end of the 3-month period, you will still be responsible for completing the remaining payments.

After the initial 3 months, your plan will continue month-to-month unless you cancel with 7 days’ written notice before your next billing date.
Rescheduling Calls or Meetings

If you need to reschedule your onboarding or monthly check-in call, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Missed calls without prior notice may not be rescheduled unless otherwise agreed.
One-Time Projects
For one-time service projects or deliverables (e.g. setup tasks, audits, or systems builds), a non-refundable deposit is required to begin. The remaining balance is due upon completion, and no refunds will be issued once work has commenced.
